Add options `--add-way-node-order` and `--add-way-node-geometry` to `osm2rdf`. This adds the (extensive) complete information on which ways contain which nodes and the geometries of those nodes, even if they are used for nothing else and have no tags. Also clean up the Qleverfile and update the information at the top.

Use
osm2rdfinstead of downloading the file from https://osm2rdf.cs.uni-freiburg.de . Include triples for relation members and way members. Do not compute spatial relations involving untagged nodes. At the time of this change, this yields a total of 5.4 B triples for OHM Planet. Update the info at the top of the Qleverfile.
