Similar to pypi, query crates.io and print a summary of the crate: https://crates.io/api/v1/crates/candle-core

Add a -r, --reverse-deps flag for listing the dependents with links: https://crates.io/api/v1/crates/candle-core/reverse_dependencies

We're interested in the crate name, description, default_version, downloads, repository, and updated_at. The URL to the crate is just https://crates.io/crates/candle-core.
