Describe the bug
In mobile view the next and previous buttons aren't in the same line due to font size. That make it look little weird.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Code of Conduct'
Scroll down to 'footer'
See error

Expected behavior
Those two text links should come in single line.
