The service adempiere.report.engine was implemented with commit d5c1f3a.

In this commit, it is missing the definition for the service in file docker-compose/10c-grpc_proxy_service_standard.yml.

There, the service adempiere.report.engine must be defined before service grpc.proxy, and grpc.proxy must make reference to adempiere.report.engine.
