Allow adding notes to a completed test run

Sometimes you want to take notes of observations made during a test run, and save those with the completed test run. For example, I had one case where failed calls didn't show up, but errors in sample audio were heard, as well as failed calls on the Asterisk console. I wanted to document that with the test run results in Treadmill.
