Download videos from YouTube into Adobe Premiere Pro.

Download the .zxp file from the latest release (found on the right sidebar of the github page).
Use ZXP Installer to download into Premiere Pro.
Open the panel by selecting from the menu Window > Extensions > Youtube Downloader
