Draft marked page still accessible in final build. Any suggestions?

I have a page that is marked with the front matter:

title: "Travel"
url: "/travel/"
summary: single
type: page
disable_comments: true
ShowReadingTime: false
draft: true

In config.yml builddrafts is set to false, but still the page is being built by hugo(Refer screenshot below).

Interesting thing is that for all draft pages, no css is present.

Can somebody explain why this happens or is it because of any issues during build?
My build command is "hugo" on cloudflare
