File locations on ubuntu 22.04

Trying to actually find where hooks.json is located or if I have to create it myself. Unable to determine install location of webhook after successfully installing with sudo apt-get install webhook

Would be nice to add exact paths to the readme to avoid issues with finding where the package files are located to set things up. Or at the very least knowing where to actually put said files if it's something that needs to be manually created.
