Change name of utils/utils.js?

Hey all,

I noticed there is a bit of effort to keep utils/utils.js clean (not to mention moving some code to decorate.js recently) because it contains a lot of the core functionality of Milo. Though consumers are reliant on the current namepsaces, would it be worth it to change utils name? Also, though loadArea, loadDelayed etc. are imported into scripts, it does not seem like a consumer would import these functions by themselves and use them, and would instead rely on block init functions or make changes in Milo directly.

What do you think?
