There is also room for a "Course Project" popular with Udemy tutorials, where one starts from scratch, and then builds a Facebook clone.

I find that when learning something new, such as MR, that the smallest toy project built from scratch works well for learning.
The downside is that more toy projects are needed to cover several related topics, such as various Syncfusion components.
The upside is that the focus is there to see what is needed, no more, no less.
