DHCP Release - Wireguard Fails

Apologies in advance for being a bit of a noob.

Ive been trying to figure this issue out and have found nothing which addresses this issue.

With Wireguard on RPi - when my dhcp changes I can no longer access the tunnel with old user keys (qr code).

If I create a new profile and generate new keys and try using those new keys, I still cannot access the tunnel. The TX traffic flows but the RX traffic does nothing.

To fix the issue I've had to reninstall RPi OS. Prior to the reinstall i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even reconfiguring wireguard but that didnt work.

Any guidance here on solving this problem when my dhcp changes without having to reinstall RPi OS would be helpful.
