Major changes in this release:

• Output fewer hue variations (down from 12 to 10).
• Output fewer lightness variations (down from 10 to 8.
• Output lightness variants are no longer linear.
• Output specific 'textblack' and 'textwhite' colours.
• Output revered variants to prefers-color-scheme: dark for automatic dark mode.
• Input is now via palegen.ini not on the cli.
• Input can now be CSS hex, RGB or LCH colours (see palegen.ini for example input syntax).
• Input can now specify an output path and filename.
• Variants are now created in go-colourful's HCL colour space.

Palegen is now easier to run and produces a more useful set of colour variations.
