• Attach links as binary assets in releases

• PORT - TCP port to run the api
• PRIVATE_TOKEN - Private API Token to access GitLab
• SECURE_URL - True or False to enable the https
• BASE_URL - The base url to your gitlab instance (gitlab.com, localhost, 172.16.2.3, gitlab.company.com)
