When "Ignore prefixes when sorting" setting option is selected, still display title normally.

I appreciate the "Ignore prefixes" sorting option, but would like if the title still displayed normally when viewing the library.
For example, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain is sorted and displays as "Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The".
I would like it to still be sorted this way, but display as "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer". This is how Plex works and just feels more natural to me.
