Lab block: add extra information. #4

Now the lab block does not contain a lot of information and is not intuitive to use.

It would be better if some more text could be added, in the form of titles or hover-over pop-up dialogs.

For example:

Indicate that the top buttons represent chromosomes (chromosome 1, chromosome 2, ...).
indicate that the middle buttons represent genes (gene 1, gene2, gene3,...) and top and bottom represent different alleles of those genes.
indicate that the text at the bottom represents the sequence of these genes.
