Fully compatible release to aeternity node v5.0.0-rc.5

  • Added support for 5.0.0-rc.5 node and 4.0.0 aesophia compiler
  • Fixed fee calculation logic
  • Adjusted Channel, Contract and Naming transactions to be compatible to Lima
  • Rename AENS suffix from aet to chain
