inseason data from afsc.obsint_current with note to NOT use in assessment - just for checking fishery status during the year

fish ticket data council.comprehensive_ft point toward .adfg_h_ticket_type

Hey @jimianelli-NOAA which tables are you using for the inseason data? afsc.obsint_current_haul, afsc.obsint_current_spcomp, others?
