PointCloud.removeOctree method is missing

In point-cloud.idl there is no method removeOctree. In the lastest versions of agimus-demos however this method is called.
On akasan machine, the files generated by omniidl implement this method, although I could not find any trace of it in git history neither in the working version of akasan. When we figure out what this method was doing exactly, we will reimplement it.
