Rails 4.2.1 raises a deprecation warning #22

The code at https://github.com/ahawkins/cashier/blob/master/lib/cashier/railtie.rb#L6 raises a deprecation warning with rails 4.2.1 as the cache.instrument has been deprecated:

"ActiveSupport::Cache.instrument is deprecated and will be removed in Rails 5. Instrumentation is now always on so you can safely stop using it."

Just a minor thing, but will break support with rails 5.

I can confirm that this breaks the gem for Rails 5 RC1
