Twinkly LED String Support

Hello, im using LedFx/SystematicLEDs for a while now.

I was thinking about somehow integrating twinkly (maybe someone has already done that)

Their UDP Protocol is well documented (https://xled-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/protocol_details.html#real-time-led-udp-packet-format)

Maybe its easy to alter the protocol for a fork to make Twinkly Lights working (they are awesome)
