In order to better visualize what's going on in the graph, it would be interesting to have a button or parameter enabling dynamic visualization (like in PLC programming software) :

The timer on "Delay" steps of sequences is certainly doable, we will try to tackle this in our next sprint.
The second point is less clear to us. Predicate edges are also animated, but only in a "pulse" fashion, when the predicate changes from false to true. Would your suggestion be that they are purple whenever green and grey whenever false?
