Subsetting operations on MultiAssayExp and SummarizedExp objects don't deliver desired results for getting open tiles, or subsetting by samples or cell populations.

  • Add getters e.g. getOpenTiles that can work on either a SummarizedExperiment or MultiAssayExperiment.

  • Rework function subsetMOCHAObject - needs testing

  • Add vignettes to make these uses strongly recommended.
