Up through getSampleTileMatrix, users should be relative on-rails.

Downstream steps have technical/statistical parameters that users should tune themselves.
Documentation should be consistent for these functions.
We may want to supply plotting functions so users can tune these (see plotConsensusTiles)

  • Intensity for differentials
  • minZero for dropout
  • consensus for consensusTiles (completed)
