Задача: Реализовать классический алгоритм RAG с выбранной LLM.
Предлагается использовать saiga_llama3_8b из предыдущей итерации исследования.
Возможно, в рамках выполнения этой задачи и #80, #81 следует завести отдельный репозиторий.
