Replaced deprecated header sys/time.h with header chrono. Now I checked the library works with Nodejs 16.13.0 installed on windows 11, MacOS 11 and Ubuntu 18.04.4. I specifically checked lib with memwatch listener "stats". It gives results on above three platforms.
