** New Topics ** = Introduce keywords to MiAIRR = - Consensus that this is a meaningful measure to support annotation - Started a new issue on Github to collect potential terms:

= NULL-able MiAIRR fields = - Most MiAIRR fields are NULL-able (i.e. that there are legitimate

experimental setups in which there is no meaningful data for a field). However, are considered NOT NULL-able, basically because a data set is worthless if this information is not provided. We are now finalizing the list, which can be found in the agenda (linked above) and on Github: https://github.com/airr-community/airr-standards/issues/96#issuecomment-391165107

= Retire NCBI submission XLS = - Will update a final time when releasing MiAIRR 2.0. Will deprecate

support for the XLS 3 months later and recommend people to switch to CEDAR-based submission system. See Github #177: https://github.com/airr-community/airr-standards/issues/177
