ADT license expired

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with publishing an app update on the Google Play Store. I purchased the Harman AIR on July 4, 2024 (Invoice No: AIR400117919), but when attempting to update the app, I am encountering the following error (please refer to the attached screenshot).

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience? I look forward to your support.

AIR SDK Manager while importing I get :

While publishing, license automatically removed.

If the AIR SDK Manager can confirm the validity, and yet Animate/ADT is giving an error, it may be a configuration/firewall/proxy issue... If you use a command line, can you try:

\path\to\air\sdk\bin\adt -licenseDevID your-license-id -license

This should always ping our server for the latest info; if you get an error from this then it means the Java application cannot access the web address. If so -> do you use a proxy server for HTTPS, or can you check your firewall to ensure Java apps are able to call out on port 443?

Interesting - it looks like the "adt" called from the command line is able to connect fine, but the one from Animate isn't..

It may be worth checking if there's some firewall restrictions around Animate, or whether it's using an older version of the AIR SDK (the files used to be in different places)

But actually, one thing you can try is to call again from the command-line but using the file rather than the dev ID:

adt -license

This one should read the file to get the Dev ID, then fire off the same check, and this time if it gets the 'valid' response, it will update the file. Then Animate runs and will check the file and see that you've just had confirmation of the status, so it won't check again...
