ANE, Invalid swc file with last version of SDK

hello, with the new version of flex sdk 51.1.3.3 we have a new issue (it works well with 50.2)
when we launch the adt command 'package' with target 'ane' we have this error now :

Invalid swc file. The extension NameSpace requires the SWF verison to be 43 or lower.

(The swc file used for the ane package was built with the 51.1.3.3 version of the sdk too)

Can someone help me to fix this ?

Presumably you have an extension.xml file for this? It sounds like this has a namespace version such as

<extension xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/extension/32.0">

(or similar?) - and then the SWC file maybe was compiled more recently with a different SWF version inside it. So either you would need to update the extension namespace, or compile the SWC using -swf-version=43?

I have to keep now this version for ever for the build of the components or future versions of flex sdk will support more recent version of swc for ANE packaging ?

It's up to you which way to do it. If you aren't really changing anything in the ANE then you can keep that set-up, I think the issue is probably because we update our compiler to default so that it builds with the latest SWF version (and possibly this is overwriting the older flex config setting?). The AIR SDK can support the later SWF version, but it would just mean you have to update the extension's XML namespace each time, and tbh that's probably not needed: it's fine for an application to use an ANE that's using older versions/namespaces than the application itself.

So yes, I would suggest keeping that swf-version line in your Ant build file, and it should then stay future-proofed.
