Hi @gang-yi, can i check if your computer has any vpn running at the point of building the Docker Image?

Hi @imda-benedictlee , no I did not run any vpn when building the Docker Image. I have tried on version 0.9.4 and also have the same issue. It is likely an issue with my local setup as I was able to build without problems previously

Hi @gang-yi, thanks for letting us know. May I know if you have tried our current release v0.10.0? If you have not done so, do try it out and let me know if it does resolve the SSL issue.

Separately, may I know if your network has any security features that might caused this issue?
