This repository includes files related to monotonic restart-GPAD algorithm. This includes various verison of monotonic implementaions---1) Restart based on primal cost behaviour, 2) Restart based on dual cost and 3) restart based on dual gradient.
Run "test_MGPAD_masses". This function compares the GPAD algorithm with monotonic restart GPAD algorithm.
