Build a fsspec-based prefect result for model training and evaluation

Right now the package does not support writing model build/holdout data, artifacts, or visualizations to S3. I think that creating a prefect.result.Result subclass that chooses the appropriate fsspec implementation based on the supplied location would help make the package more flexible and enable artifact sharing down the road.
