As a user, I want the ability to create a public page for each case

Benefit / Reason

So that the case can be publicized to the wider community

Acceptance Criteria

• Add the following properties to a Project page case study: Description, Main Image, Date created, date update, authors, title, project summary, contact, URL
• Add the following properties to an assurance case: description (this exists already), goal context, domain context, first published date, last publish date, version, created date
• All of the above fields must be complete to publish a page
