Update README:
- Correct toolkit-dir to workspace-dir in two places
- Explain the requirement of name(self) function when implementing a tracker
- Point to usage of --show_gt flag when using visualize_result.py
- Explain the usage of calculate_measures.py
Fix some typos
Instead of exit(-1) in utils.py, print(-1) was accidentally used
Add missing requirements (PyYAML and numpy)
