hardhat-ethers install issue #1

Hi, on step 12 in "how to create an NFT tutorial" the hardhat-ethers install has apostrophes which causes an error.

Code should be:
npm install --save-dev @nomiclabs/hardhat-ethers ethers@^5.0.0
