Feature: Editable Watchlist while not hooked

• Allow for mutating the watchlist (without checking the values) even if the game is not running.
• Should also modify the Add Watch popup to allow for adding even while emulation is terminated. in Bouquet of UI enhancements #60 it has become disabled, leading to lost entry if your emulation dies for some reason while adding an entry.

Example:

• Uncheck freeze/unfreeze of certain watches before next hook
• Edit the names of Groups / Nodes
• Change the types, base, string length, etc...

Unable to change address.
Name updating, sorting, etc works as expected
