What problem does your feature request solve?

When we receive orders through WhatsApp Business, we obtain the order number, cart, and price. However, the main issue is that we cannot access the product details, which prevents us from automating messages since we don't know which products customers have ordered.
Sometimes, if the device is offline, messages are not received on the WhatsApp Business app on mobile because they are received in the go-whatsapp-web instead.

If possible, including product details or at least the item code would greatly help us resolve this issue.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

I don't see any alternatives, so my only option is to manually open WhatsApp and update the product details.
