Issue with rsa part of set_proof.rs

Hello,
Thanks for providing the code.
I am able to run set_proof example provided with the argument as "merkle". For instance,

$ ./target/debug/examples/set_proof merkle 1 2
Has generated 1926 points
merkle,1,2,0.16942271,88.460664,3.131356911,16.005368287,0.239459173 

However, when I run $ ./target/debug/examples/set_proof rsa -v 1 2, I get the following error

The application panicked (crashed).
Message:  Missing CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR env variable (needed for ParExpComb)
