Caffe-SegNet installation on Windows

Hi,

I'm new to application of Caffee. I was installing SegNet following the tutorial given on http://mi.eng.cam.ac.uk/projects/segnet/tutorial.html

The tutorial directed me to download files from https://github.com/alexgkendall/caffe-segnet and follow Caffee installation instructions from http://caffe.berkeleyvision.org/installation.html. I followed windows installation instructions. But present caffe-segnet repository is missing build_win file which is the main file to install caffe. Any suggestions how to install caffe-segnet on windows machine?
