Rasterize glyphs into a signed distance field for use in 3D graphics pipelines.

This would be a cool feature for sure, perhaps a new crate similar to ab_glyph_rasterizer that can take lines, quads & cubics and rasterizes a sdf result.

We could then plug that into ab_glyph as a new draw_sdf fn perhaps.
