当源集群所在主中心故障拉起备中心的目标集群，运行一段时间后，主中心恢复此时如何进行数据的同步更新？
当选择同步模式为all，增量同步模式为ChangeStream意思是先用oplog进行全量同步，再用ChangeStream进行增量同步吗？不能只用ChangeStream进行全量加增量同步
