fix: docker file Root role, sudoer.d/ file name can not . #1879

sudoer.d 目前下的文件名不能包含 ~和.
如果 username name 有 ., 则无法被授予 root 权限。

你好,这个PR看起来是有用的,但由于代码库的一些改动,请重新提交到.devcontainer/Dockerfile中
