Should update .eslintrc parser to @babel/eslint-parser?

Hi all,

It is found that babel-eslint has been deprecated since the last version and replaced by @babel/eslint-parser

As I am updating to webpack 5 and clearing up dependencies. This issue just prohibited me to build my application successfully
