It seems this project is based on Python 3.x
It's misleading on README -- “It is tested under Ubuntu Linux 16.04.1 and Python 2.7 environment”

It was initially developed using Python 2.7 and using PyTorch <1.0. The project was then ported to work with Python 3.5+ and PyTorch 1.0+. Please see #2 and #4
