Description

As a lead I want to see the activity in my community, including comments + replies on events

Acceptance criteria

  • Add a new notification for these activities

Additional Context

Urban Sensing Lab for example missed the comment with questions on one of their event.

Note: separate story also to include them in the activity log #260

There is no 'user high priority' label in this repo, so I tagged it into the sprint as I think it is important! The visibility in the activity log (Issue server #260 is less important maybe)
