Description

As a user, I want to have consistency in the notifications that I trigger/receive for actions around callouts in journeys. Currently, when I publish a callout, I can choose if the community is notified or not. When I add a post to a callout, the entire community is notified without the possibility for me to turn this notification off. When I add a comment on a post, only the creator of the post receives a notification.
Another gap is when someone adds a post to a call for posts. In this case, the notification is the same as when a post is added to the journey, while the information that this is a response to a call for posts is very relevant.

Acceptance criteria

  • Clear and consistent setup of when notifications are send, when they can be turned off, and who receives them
  • This should also be documented somewhere
  • defaults for notifing the community turned off??? Maybe not a dialog anymore?
