1. Create a whiteboard in a call for whiteboards
2. See double notification

Expected behavior
Only one email notification for a new whiteboard

@larssondenise I think you receive the first notification because you're an admin, and the second because you're a member, and you have both these notification preferences turned on. We will revise the set of notifications soon! Moving this issue into that epic and to icebox for now.
