CC1.5: (reminder) Jacqueline to check on a bunch of things

• Provide captions for all supplementary data (allele frequency, Sanger sequencing, editing design)
• Editing design: wants to provide the editing design for both the disease line and the parent line. Accomplished via an additional editing design section
• Editing design: Jacqueline wants a new table containing elements of editing design found in the CofA (see image below). There will be some differences. She said she will mock something up for me.
• Media for image carousel: Jacqueline unclear what types of media they want to include. She will provide some examples.
• Supplementary data section should be removed. Off-target primers is not relevant (it was only done in laminopathy and is an older assay). Acknowledgements should be surfaced elsewhere.
• STR analysis can be omitted. The info is specific to parental line (WTC-11) and already lives in the CofA. Once the original cell catalog is updated, we can add STR analysis back in the hyperlink to parental lines (but why would we do this if it is actually just relevant to WTC-11...?)
• Stem Cell Characteristics > Cardiomyocyte Differentiation: Delete column for % of experiments w/ beating cell, delete column for day of beating initiation.
• Stem Cell Characteristics > Cardiomyocyte Differentiation: caption wrong, Jacqueline to provide correct caption. Are these details necessary? Won't Jacqueline just enter it into database?
