Shareable Links and Channel Settings Redesign

As a user, I would like to be able to send a link to my colleague so they can see the same data in the same view that I have set up.
I would like to have a json file format to save viewer settings so that I can later edit (both by hand and with scripts) and copy such files and reload them into the viewer.

Channel settings redesign, reset button, optimization, and misc.

New issues to add:

  • Refactor App to functional component, to get the state discipline benefits of useEffect and useReducer hooks
  • Refactor App props to use load specification (similar/identical? to volume-viewer's LoadSpec type)
