either improve logging, or save results for each step, or add detailed info for crops

I added logging into Landsat prediction pipeline to capture the step-by-step detection results (PR #77). This is good for now. When Skylight team begins integrating the Landsat API, we can work together on adding counters and exposing metrics to Grafana for better monitoring.
