Reordering Post List Items

Description

Introducing a drag and drop reordering to the sidebar post list would allow editors to more easily manage the order in which posts are presented in the editor and on the frontend.

Note: Drag and drop reordering in the editor itself would be a useful enhancement on this feature, but having the functionality available in the sidebar is a great start.

Use Case

When an editor is curating a section, they select a post as the first list item but ultimately decide to feature that as the second list item. To accomplish this change, they have to remove/unpin the selected post and then select/pin it in the new slot. The preferred behavior is to select the posts and order as needed.
